Hey Sexy Mamma - No More Excuses With Exercise Videos

With the craziness of motherhood and all that it entails, many moms are finding that exercise videos give them a much-needed alternative to pricey, inconvenient, and time-consuming gyms.  You can not only get all the workouts you would find in a gym in an exercise video, but if you want, you can even do the workouts with your kids. Every day you can choose a different workout routine and move up in difficulty as you please.  You can even select the amount of time that you want to work out for.  If you just have ten minutes a day, you may choose to specialize in a certain part of your body rather than the average full body workout that a cardio video would give you.

Many mom’s love the feel of cardio workouts that get your heart rate up and help you work up a sweat.  Workouts like Zumba, or Step Aerobics or even Low Impact Aerobics give you more energy by allowing your body to move freely to the beat of motivating music.  While workout videos such as Cardio Kickboxing or Circuit Training give you the same great caloie burn with less choreographed moves – which means you still burn the calories without burning a few brain cells trying to learn the moves!

Yes, it is hard to get motivated when you do not feel one hundred percent about your body.  However, the only way to make an improvement is to get your booty moving.
